Please note that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served at the Big Ten Conference Center. Morning and afternoon breaks will also be provided. You may bring food and beverages from the dining room into the classroom.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited. There are no vending machines or a coffee shop on-site.
You will need to provide your name to enter the Big Ten Conference Center.
The building is open for us from 7:30AM to 7:30PM both days. We are not able to be in the building outside of these hours.

Traveling to Chicago (Rosemont)
Flying to ORD:
If you are flying to Chicago, flying into Chicago O’Hare airport (ORD) is a short shuttle ride away from the hotel and the conference center.
Shuttle from ORD to the Aloft Hotel/Big Ten Conference Center:
The Aloft’s complimentary shuttle runs 24/7. It is continuous from 7am-11pm. The shuttle picks up at Terminal 2, Door 2E (middle lane) at the :15 & :45 of every hour. The International pick up is located at Terminal 5E & travelers must call for pick up upon arrival at 847-671-4444 ext 0. Any pick ups from 11pm-7am must call the hotel as well at 847-671-4444 ext 0.
Driving and Parking:
Both the Aloft and the Big Ten Conference Center are located in the Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District. The Big Ten Office and Conference Center is located at 5440 Park Place, Rosemont, IL 60018.
For guests at staying overnight at the Aloft, parking is discounted at $15 per car per night. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk at check in.
For local guests not staying overnight at the Aloft, parking for the facility is located in the Parkway Bank Parking Garage, see map below. All guests coming to the Big Ten Conference Center get a discounted rate of $7.50. Get your parking ticket validated the security desk, located on the 1st floor, which is also where you will check-in. Guests can get parking for free if they purchase a food/beverage item at a restaurant in the Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District, located adjacent to the Big 10 building.
Entering the Big Ten Conference Center:
Please be aware that the conference center will have a list of participants for our event. You will need to provide your name at the welcome desk in order to access the meeting rooms.
