Hotel to Kaufmann Auditorium for Lecture at 5PM

Public bus service on TCAT Route 82 is available from East Hill Plaza, adjacent to the hotel, with departures at 3:45pm, 4:00pm, 4:15pm and 4:45pm. The ride is approximately 13 minutes to Uris Hall and then a short walk to the lecture in Kauffman Auditorium, Goldwin Smith Hall, G64 (232 East Ave, Central Campus) or to the reception in Stimson Hall (204 Feeney Way).
The route is a loop, so you would use the same stop to get on for the return trip at either 7:58pm, 8:28pm, or 8:58pm. https://tcatbus.com/bus-schedules Fares are $1.50 each way. Pay with the app (see website) or with cash. All Ithaca busses have the ability to kneel. If you have difficulty with stairs, please ask the driver to kneel the bus. You may also check with the hotel front desk to see if the shuttle is available for campus drop offs, but they have limited capacity. |

Shuttle busses and private cars will leave the hotel at 8:20AM and 8:40AM.
Please eat breakfast at the hotel before heading to campus. Breakfast is available 7-10AM every morning. If you are parking a private vehicle at Africana, please sign in at the building entrance. |

Each language group has a Cornell host who will communicate transportation plans to their dinner group.
If you are not dining with a language group or with the steering committee group, please make your own transportation arrangements. |
| Saturday 9/20 | Hotel to the Conference at the Africana Center

Language instructors meeting 8-10 at Africana: Shuttle busses and private cars will leave the hotel at 7:30AM and 7:40AM.
All others: Shuttle busses and private cars will leave the hotel at 9:40AM. Please eat breakfast at the hotel before heading to campus. Breakfast is available 7-10AM every morning. If you are parking a private vehicle at Africana, please sign in at the building entrance. |

| Sunday 9/21 | Hotel to Airport | A shuttle bus and private car will leave for the airport at 4:00AM for those on DL5265 at 5:39AM.
Another shuttle bus will depart at 4:30 for those on UA4610 at 6:14AM. If you are on a different flight, please use the hotel shuttle bus service. You need to request an airport drop off at the front desk.

You need to call (607) 272-6100 then dial 0 for the front desk to request a shuttle pick-up. To schedule a hotel shuttle drop off to Cornell, Ithaca Airport, Ithaca Commons, or Ithaca College, you need to contact the front desk. For drop offs the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes.
The Cornell Shuttle Busses will have signs on them (black and white with the SEAP logo in mustard, with the tag line “Open the Door”).
